Sign-in methods (Google, email and SMS code) are unlinked as soon as we process the request, and photos, generated videos and 3D tour files are removed from storage entirely.

If you sent a property inquiry
You don’t need an account or to sign in.
Email privacy@findhub.io from the address you used on the inquiry form, with the subject “Data Deletion Request — Buyer Inquiry”. We will permanently delete your inquiry record and let the developer desk that received it know.

If you have a developer or agency account
Organisation owners and signed-in users (including those who sign in with Google) can ask for full account deletion by emailing privacy@findhub.io from their registered address. Deletion covers:
- your sign-in identity, including Google tokens and phone code records;
- your organisation workspace and unpublished projects;
- private studio library media and generation jobs;
- 3D tour scenes.

What we keep, and why
Under UAE and GCC tax and commercial rules, we keep anonymised Stripe invoice references and the credit ledger audit trail for the legally required period only — after every personal identifier (name, email, phone, media files) has been deleted.
