Terms of service

The rules for using findhub.io — for developers who publish projects, buyers who browse them, and anyone using the media studio.

Who can publish

Registered developers and brokerages can create draft projects and use the media studio as soon as they sign up. A project or developer profile only becomes public — in the findhub.io catalogue and in search engines — once both of these are true:

findhub.io has verified the organisation.
The organisation has chosen to publish the project.

We apply both conditions to protect buyers and investors in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and the other markets we serve.

Media studio rules and disclosure

The findhub.io media studio produces camera walkthroughs, twilight lighting, virtual staging of empty rooms and 3D tours. By using the studio you agree to the following:

Disclosure stays on. Every generated video or edited image published on findhub.io carries a visible “AI-generated” or “Virtually staged” label that stays with it.
No structural changes. Staging and lighting edits must keep the real room dimensions, columns, window positions and architecture. You may not use the studio to hide structural defects, change the size of a space or fake a view.

Credits, payment and refunds

Studio use is paid for with prepaid credit packs (Starter, Pro, Studio and Enterprise), bought through Stripe in US dollars, UAE dirhams or Saudi riyals.

Purchased credits don’t expire while your organisation’s account is active.
When you start a job, the credits it needs are reserved.
If the job fails on our side or at one of our processing providers, the reserved credits are returned to your organisation’s balance in full, automatically.

What findhub.io is responsible for

findhub.io is a property discovery marketplace and media technology provider. Buyer inquiries go directly to the verified developer that owns the listing, and no one else. We are not an escrow agent and we are not a party to any sale and purchase agreement (SPA).

Verified developers and brokerages are solely responsible for the accuracy of unit prices, handover dates and local regulatory permits, such as Dubai RERA / DLD Trakheesi permits or Saudi Wafi off-plan licences.
